There are no plans for negotiations or meetings between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Brussels, spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ani Badalyan said.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is leaving for Brussels, where he will take part in a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Eastern Partnership countries on December 11-12.
During the visit, Ararat Mirzoyan will also hold a number of bilateral meetings.
