The leaders of Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia may hold a quadrilateral meeting, diplomatic sources told RIA Novosti, Report informs.
“This issue has not been discussed yet. But there are such plans. The parties should agree on the determination of the date and place of the meeting."
