The Netherlands is pushing its plans on the people of Bonaire, young political leader of the Progressive People's Union, Shahir Zahit Teodora, said at the conference titled "Bonaire’s Pathway from Baku through UN General Assembly to Self Determination", in Baku, Azerbaijan, Report informs.
"The Netherlands is pushing its plans on us and oppresses our people. We don't even have our own university, so most of our children are forced to study in the Netherlands, and this is extremely sad," he said.
