Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov has met with Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu, Report informs referring to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of the Azerbaijani-Kazakh strategic partnership in bilateral and multilateral formats, and also exchanged views on the prospects for its further development.
"Special attention was paid to interaction within multilateral structures, in particular the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA), which serves as an effective platform for the formation of joint approaches to strengthening cooperation in the region," the message says.
