As part of an official visit to Bulgaria on May 31, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov was received by Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan told Report.
The President of Bulgaria noted the importance of the current visit on the eve of the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries in terms of further development.
Jeyhun Bayramov expressed gratitude for the reception and conveyed the sincere greetings of the head of the Azerbaijani state to the President of Bulgaria.
At the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the prospects for cooperation between the two countries in the fields of energy, economy, trade, information technology, agriculture, tourism, education, and culture.
Bayramov conveyed to the President of Bulgaria a congratulatory letter from the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
