Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with Alicia Barcena, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mexico within the framework of the high-level week of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA79), Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry wrote on X, Report informs.
“On the sidelines of UNGA 79, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with Alicia Barcena, Foreign Minister of Mexico.
Necessity to explore existing opportunities for the development of relations between the two countries in the fields of science, health, culture, education, sports and tourism was emphasized during the meeting. Foreign Minister Bayramov also briefed his colleague about COP29 presidency of Azerbaijan,” reads the post.
