A wide range of issues were discussed today, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with the OSCE Chairman, Minister of Foreign, European Affairs and Trade of Malta Ian Borg, Report informs.
“Today we discussed a wide range of issues with the delegation. During the talks, we discussed bilateral cooperation, Malta’s chairmanship in the OSCE, the challenges the organization faces, Azerbaijan’s chairmanship in COP29, as well as the situation in the region and the peace process,” he said.
According to Bayramov, the OSCE faces numerous challenges, and the member countries need to follow its principles. “Azerbaijan has always followed the principles of the OSCE, especially in terms of adherence to the principle of territorial integrity,” he said.
