Jeyhun Bayramov, Ararat Mirzoyan and Antony Blinken hold tripartite meeting in Washington

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a meeting on 7 November 2022 in Washington D.C., USA.

Report informs that the ministers were hosted at the Blair House, where a joint meeting with the Secretary of State Antony Blinken also took place.

Blinken thanked the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan 'for the courage and determination.'

"What we are seeing now are real steps, and courageous steps, by both countries to put the past behind and to work toward a durable peace," Blinken said.

"And I’d simply say that the United States, as a friend to both Armenia and Azerbaijan, is committed to doing everything that we can to support you in this effort," he noted.
