Ilham Aliyev: Declaration on Allied Interaction will determine ways of development of our relations

The Declaration on Allied Interaction is a crucial step in our bilateral relations, and as I have already said, it will determine how our links develop, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on June 23, Report informs.
