Discussions with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during the visits show that Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan relations have reached a higher level, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said at the IX Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Samarkand on November 11, Report informs.
