Newly appointed Ambassador of Hungary to Azerbaijan Tamas Torma has visited the construction site of Alat Free Economic Zone (AFEZ) and AFEZA temporary office building, Report informs referring to the AFEZ Twitter page.
“The AFEZA team delivered presentation to Mr. Torma. After presentation Mr. Torma had a tour to logistic and infrastructure facilities,” reads the message.
The total area of the Alat Free Economic Zone will be 850 hectares. One of the main goals of creating the zone is to attract investors who provide services using innovative technologies, contribute to the dynamic and sustainable development of the country’s economy by ensuring the cooperation of these companies with Azerbaijani companies, as well as creating tens of thousands of new jobs.
