Azerbaijan has created a new status quo where the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries in the region are respected, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration, said during a panel discussion at the 12th Global Baku Forum, according to Report.
