Hikmat Hajiyev: As ICC member Armenia must investigate missile attacks on Ganja

As an ICC member, Armenia must investigate the 2020 missile attacks on Ganja, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said on X, according to Report.

"17 Oct 2020/2nd deadliest ballistic missile attack hit Ganja. Killing of civilians by Armenia with ballistic missile attacks wasn’t sporadic act or collateral damage but deliberate policy of terror and murder. As ICC member Armenia must investigate these war crimes," he wrote.

Today marks four years since the fifth rocket attack on the Azerbaijani city of Ganja by Armenian armed forces during the Second Karabakh War.
