Head of MFA: Tashkent Declaration proves our interest in deepening cooperation

The new trilateral cooperation format between Azerbaijan, Turkiye and Uzbekistan will contribute to the development and implementation of joint projects in various fields and strengthen cooperation on regional issues of mutual interest, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference on the results of the first meeting of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan-Turkiye dialogue format, Report informs.

“We examined opportunities for the cooperation in energy, in particular renewables,” he said.

He emphasized that the development of the international transport corridor and the situation in Afghanistan were discussed during the meeting.

According to Bayramov, the Tashkent Declaration and the results of the trilateral meeting prove that all parties are interested in deepening cooperation.
