Hakan Fidan: Armenia was conducting negotiations to prolong time

The anti-terror measures implemented by the Azerbaijani Army in Karabakh were discussed in New York, said Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Report informs.

He said that some take an unbiased position and express this: "We say that anti-terrorist measures are the right of Azerbaijan. Our Azerbaijani brothers patiently waited for the junta regime to be abolished after the 44-day war. They participated in these intercourses, but there was no result. They saw that the contacts were not designed to solve the problem, but to prolong the time."

The head of MFA noted that there were no casualties among the civilian population during the last anti-terrorist measures in Karabakh.
