German ambassador congratulates Azerbaijan on October 18

The German Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Ralf Horlemann, has shared a post in connection with the 33rd anniversary of the restoration of Azerbaijan's independence, Report informs.

"I congratulate all people in Azerbaijan on the occasion of the restoration of independence in 1991!" the diplomat said on X.
