Georgian media spotlights phone call between Ilham Aliyev and Jake Sullivan

Report informs, citing AzerTag, that according to materials published in Russian, Georgian, and English, the sides expressed satisfaction with bilateral relations during the telephone conversation. They noted the importance of these relations for both countries, as well as for ensuring peace and security in the region. At the same time, President Ilham Aliyev expressed Azerbaijan's views on maintaining peace and stability in the area.

In addition, the article draws attention to President Ilham Aliyev's statements about the destructive position of Armenia. According to it, President Ilham Aliyev noted that Armenia's inadequate response to border tensions and its attempts to internationalize the issue could lead to increased tensions in the region. The President also stressed the importance of resolving all disputes peacefully and through talks.
