Georgian CEC sends delegation to observe elections to Azerbaijani parliament

The Central Election Commission of Georgia (CEC) has received an invitation from the CEC of Azerbaijan to send observers to monitor the elections to the Milli Majlis, which are to take place on February 9.

Ana Mikeladze, a spokesperson for the Central Election Commission of Georgia, told the local Bureau of Report, that Georgia's CEC plans to send a delegation to Azerbaijan.

"The delegation will comprise Deputy Chairperson of the Commission Giorgi Sharabidze and Secretary Giorgi Javakhishvili. Other Commission members will also be included."
