Binali Yildirim congratulates people of Azerbaijan

Former Prime Minister of Turkiye, Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States Binali Yildirim congratulated the state and people of Azerbaijan on October 18 - Day of Restoration of Independence, Report informs.

"I congratulate you on the Day of Restoration of Independence and convey my greetings to my brothers," he tweeted.
