Some articles of the tripartite statement signed between the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia have been implemented, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said, Report informs referring to TRT Haber.
"Azerbaijan's position is to ensure that all points of the statement are fulfilled and no selective approach is allowed. The most serious issue is the withdrawal of the Armenian military from Karabakh. This is Armenia's obligation under the fourth point of the signed tripartite statement. It reads that the Armenian military must leave the territory in parallel with the arrival of peacekeepers in the region. By December 2020, the Armenian military units were to completely leave Karabakh. However, this obligation has not yet been fully fulfilled. Azerbaijan insists that Armenia fulfill this point," Bayramov noted.
