Fatih Donmez: Türkiye believes peace between Israel and Iran can be achieved soon

Türkiye remains hopeful that peace between Israel and Iran will be reached in the near future, Fatih Donmez, Türkiye's permanent representative to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), told journalists.

According to Report, Donmez noted that Türkiye is actively working toward regional peace and continues its efforts to help end the war between Russia and Ukraine.

"President Recep Tayyip Erdogan maintains direct contact with both sides. Likewise, we believe that peace between Israel and Iran is possible and can be achieved soon," he stated.
