Farid Shafiyev: Neither Azerbaijan nor Türkiye need economic cooperation with Armenia

As history has manifested already, neither Azerbaijan nor Türkiye need economic cooperation with Armenia, Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations Farid Shafiyev said on X, commenting on the article published in the Providence magazine, Repor informs.

"It is the latter that is isolated. Armenia's current economic growth revolves around delivering sanctioned goods from the West to Russia.
Azerbaijan is doing several transregional projects with neighbors. Baku has already opted for another route instead of the Zangazur corridor. Now we hear calls from Yerevan that it is willing to get into transport projects.

"The author of this article in Providence Magazine would better spend some time in Armenia to see poverty and misery before pouring water into the revanchist narrative in Armenia," he noted.
