A political scenario may unfold around the issue of the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for Analysis of International Relations (CAIR), told Report.
According to him, during the 31st meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers held in Valletta, not only Armenia but also the United States and France opposed the dissolution of the Minsk Group.
"Now they may play a certain game. For example, Armenia may publicly agree with Azerbaijan's proposal, while France may begin to obstruct its implementation. I do not rule out that such maneuvers could have been previously coordinated between them," Shafiyev noted.
He also emphasized that such a position might involve the following: first, signing a peace agreement, and only then addressing the issue of the dissolution of the Minsk Group.
