The regime ruling in Iran is behind the attack on the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran, according to a US expert and senior research worker at Hudson University Michael Doran.
"Rule of thumb: Attacks on embassies in Iran don’t happen unless the regime wants them to," he said.
