European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has arrived in Azerbaijan.
Report informs that during the visit, Klaar will hold meetings with several officials of the country.
The EU-Azerbaijan cooperation and pressing regional issues will be discussed during the meetings.
After the visit to Baku, the EU special representative will visit Tbilisi and Yerevan.
