Erdogan: 'After 30 years of occupation, we liberated Karabakh together with Azerbaijan'

After 30 years of occupation, Türkiye and Azerbaijan liberated Karabakh, the President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, wrote on Twitter, Report informs.

He said that with the establishment of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Ankara's relations with the Turkic states have been further strengthened: "We embraced again the countries with which we share a common history, language, faith, and culture. With the principle of 'where we have a citizen, we are there', from Rumeli to the Caucasus, we did not leave any of our brothers behind. Türkiye has supported every brother in need throughout history, including the Circassians, Tatars, Gagauzs, Turkmens, Ahiskas, Uzbeks, and Uyghurs."

Erdogan noted that thanks to Turkish Airlines, Anadolu Agency, and TRT, Türkiye's humanitarian and trade relations with the countries of the world have become stronger: "With our Red Crescent, AFAD, and civil societies, we came to the rescue of our citizens in need. When there was a flood disaster in Bosnia and Herzegovina and an earthquake in Albania, we were the first to go to help our brothers. We can't thank God enough for having a homeland like Türkiye and a home like Türkiye."
