"This is of particular importance not only for our Azerbaijani brothers but for the entire Turkic world. As a result of the war, the decisions of the UN Security Council, which have not been carried out for years, have been implemented. In this way, Azerbaijan has engraved a message of justice in the memory of the international community. Re-ensuring the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan has developed the unity and equality of the Turkic world," Erdogan noted.
He stressed that "Kharibulbul", a symbol of Karabakh's freedom, was a harbinger of victory for the Turkic world:
"The Karabakh Victory not only liberated the occupied lands but also paved the way for lasting peace, stability, and cooperation in the region. On this occasion, I am proud to present the Supreme Order of the Turkic World to my dear brother Ilham Aliyev, and I remember the martyrs with deep respect."
