Envoy: Azerbaijani-Turkish relations based on unwavering brotherhood

Azerbaijani-Turkish relations are based on unshakable brotherhood, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said at the opening ceremony of a monument to the Caucasus Islamic Army in Ganja, Report informs.
