The vaccine against coronavirus was developed within a year and its worldwide use was launched, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak said, speaking at the panel session 'New world economy' as part of the 8th Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
He expressed confidence that vaccination, as well as the equitable and fair distribution of vaccines among countries, is the only way to protect from pandemic.
He said climate change is another challenge in the modern world, while stressing the importance of involving younger generation in this 'war for climate.'
