EC: EU wants to work with Azerbaijan, build connections with Central Asia and beyond

"Good meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on energy and the state of EU-Azerbaijan relations," European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen tweeted after she met the Azerbaijani president in Baku today, Report informs.

"Let's strengthen our economic relationship and bring our people closer together. Connectivity will be crucial here. The European Union wants to work with Azerbaijan and build connections with Central Asia and beyond," she added.
