Deputy Minister: The next meeting on demarcation of Azerbaijani-Russian border will be held in October

Work on the demarcation of the Azerbaijani-Russian border proceeds according to the schedule, no problems arise, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov told Report.

"There are no problems with the issue of demarcation of the Azerbaijani-Russian border, everything proceeds according to the schedule," Khalafov said.

According to him, the next meeting of the joint commission on demarcation of the Azerbaijani-Russian border will be held in October.

"Between the meetings production works are being carried out on the borderline directly to determine the coordinates, manufacturing, and the installation of signs - all this continues according to the schedule. At a meeting at the beginning of the year in Baku, we approved plans for the whole year and according to this plan we are fulfilling everything that we have outlined," Khalafov said.

Notably, the previous meeting was held in Baku in late June.
