Countries of Turkic Council interested in projects to restore Karabakh

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received a delegation led by the Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States ( Turkic Council) Baghdad Amreyev.

Report informs, referring to the Foreign Ministry, that the sides discussed in detail the wide range of issues on the agenda of the Turkic Council, the upcoming events, especially the preparations for the summit to be held in Istanbul this year.

Informing about the upcoming meeting of the economy ministers of the Turkic Council countries and the agenda of the Business Forum to be held in Baku, the secretary-general also spoke about the measures taken by the Security Council to strengthen economic cooperation. Baghdad Amreyev noted that companies from all participating countries are interested in restoring the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, noting that many business people attended the Bussiness Forum in Baku.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stressed that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to cooperation within the Security Council and always supports the organization's activities.

The sides also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
