Conditions created for free movement of civilian Armenians through ICRC

The free passage of people of Armenian origin in the direction of Khankandi-Goris, accompanied by employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), was once again ensured at the Lachin border checkpoint.

Report informs that today 10 vehicles belonging to the ICRC passed in the direction of Khankandi-Goris.

There were 38 people in these vehicles, 5 of whom were members of the ICRC, 10 were drivers, 15 were sick, 6 were accompanying persons and 2 were medical workers.

The free passage of these persons was ensured after the verification of documents.

This once again shows that there are no obstacles or difficulties in the passage of civilian Armenians through the border checkpoint.

It also proves once again that the claims of Armenia blocking the Lachin road by Azerbaijan are lies and slander.
