Welcome release by Baku of five more Armenian detainees, following 31/8 discussions in Brussels, said President of the European Council Charles Michel, Report informs.

Based on the principles of humanism, Azerbaijan released 5 Armenian servicemen and handed them over to the other side at the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border under the bilateral agreement reached as a result of the discussions held at the meeting between the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, in Brussels on August 31, 2022, at the initiative of the President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel.
