Bosnia and Herzegovina to host international conference on Khojaly genocide

An international conference in connection with the 31st anniversary of the Khojaly genocide will be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Report informs.

MPs from Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina, state officials, representatives of the diplomatic corps, NGOs and mass media, and youth organizations will participate in the event on February 23.

At the international conference, Azerbaijan's truth will once again be conveyed to the world community, information will be given about this massacre committed by the Armenian armed forces against the Azerbaijani population, and documents reflecting the tragedy will be presented.

After the conference, the memorial complex erected in memory of the victims of the Khojaly genocide will be visited in Friendship Park, which was substantially renovated with the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the financial support of the state of Azerbaijan.
