On this day last year, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Ilham Aliyev signed the historic Shusha Declaration. This is a historical document. The Karabakh victory is not only a matter of liberating the occupied territories but the beginning of a new era in the South Caucasus and the Turkic World."
