Biden says Azerbaijan's humanitarian aid to Ukraine sends important message

Azerbaijan's support for Ukraine's sovereignty and humanitarian and energy assistance to this country sends an important message, US President Joseph Biden said in a letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day.

Biden said that Azerbaijan plays an essential role in ensuring and stabilizing security in European and world markets.

He also praised Azerbaijan's contribution to the global war on terror.
