This tragedy is the reminder to all of us that it is possible in the 20th century," Belarus Ambassador Gennadiy Ahramovich said, commemorating the victims of Khojaly genocide at the monument 'Mother's cry' ('Ana harayı').
"We have gone through the Great Patriotic War and there were many tragic losses and we seemingly forgot everything. But the tragedy in Khojaly, where hundreds of innocent people died showed quite the opposite. We, the people of Belarus, share your grief and want all perpetrators of this tragedy to be punished for their crimes notwithstanding the statute of limitation."
