Baku hosting first meeting of Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council

Baku is hosting the first meeting of the Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council on "Azerbaijan-Russia strategic partnership as an important factor in the prospects for development and regional cooperation in the post-conflict period in the South Caucasus."

Report informs that the event was jointly organized by the Center of Analysis of International Relations and the Russian International Affairs Council.

Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Andrey Kortunov, Director General of the Russian International Affairs Council, Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Center, Mikhail Bocharnikov, Ambassador of Russia to Azerbaijan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elshad Isgandarov, and others are attending the meeting.
