A memorandum on cooperation will be signed between Azerbaijan-based non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and Uzbek donor organizations, Aygun Aliyeva, executive director of the Agency for State Support to NGOs, told journalists within the framework of the cooperation forum of Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Non-Governmental Organizations held in Fuzuli, Report informs.
