"In the coming days, a meeting between the Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the Armenia Foreign Affairs Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is planned to be held in Washington with the initiative and participation of United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken," Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Aykhan Hajizade said, Report informs.
According to Hajizade, the Azerbaijani side's approach to the announcement of such meetings is that the host country should make the first announcement as a rule.
Today, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said during his speech in the parliament that a tripartite meeting will be held with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Washington soon.
