Armenia's smear campaign is nothing more than justification and support for war crimes, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesperson Aykhan Hajizada wrote on his Twitter page, Report informs.
"Steps taken by Azerbaijan against a war criminal is within international law and Azerbaijan’s legislation. Contrary to Armenian claims no restrictions on legal actions exist in IHL. The smear campaign by Armenia is nothing than a justification and support for war crimes," he wrote.
