We could not get any reaction from Armenia regarding the peace proposals until November, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at the ministry's year-end press conference held on December 28, Report informs.
He said that Armenia also confirmed this: "Physical meetings were also held this year. But there has been stagnation in recent months. We are hopeful about the resumption of meetings in 2024."
