On December 19, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Russia Rahman Mustafayev met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Report informs.
During the conversation, the parties discussed current issues of bilateral relations, the situation in the South Caucasus region and the Middle East.
The successful development of Azerbaijani-Russian allied relations in the outgoing year was noted in political (in 2024, over 60 mutual visits at the highest - presidential - and high levels were made), economic and humanitarian spheres.
Azerbaijan's Ambassador Rahman Mustafayev informed Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin about Baku's official position on the peace treaty with Armenia.
The parties also discussed the schedule of upcoming bilateral contacts and high-level visits in 2025.
