The provocative remarks by Russian State Duma member and deputy chairman of the committee on economic policy Mikhail Delyagin on a Russian TV channel triggered serious concern and discontent among the Azerbaijani public, including the embassy staff, the Russian bureau of Report learned from the Azerbaijani embassy in Russia.
