Azerbaijani and Russian foreign ministers discuss Karabakh conflict settlement

Baku. 2 February. REPORT.AZ/ The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Russia, Elmar Mammadyarov and Sergei Lavrov have had a phone conversation.

Spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry (MFA) Hikmat Hajiyev told Report that during the phone conversation the ministers exchanged views on issues of regional and international agenda, including legal status of the Caspian Sea, negotiations on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict and bilateral cooperation.
