Azerbaijani Ambassador to Italy visits Friuli-Venezia Giulia region

Baku. 27 January. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Ambassador to Italy Mammad Ahmadzade has paid a visit to Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.

Report informs citing the Italian media, as a part of the visit, the Ambassador met with Furio Honsell, Mayor of Udine, administrative center of the region.

During the meeting, the mayor emphasized role of Udine companies in development of business relations between Azerbaijan and Italy, as well as in implementation of TAP gas pipeline project.

In turn, M.Ahmadzade spoke about Azerbaijan's development in recent years, as well expressed hope in participation of Udine companies in diversification of Azerbaijani economy.

In addition, the Azerbaijani Ambassador hold meetings with Agriculture and Forestry Advisor Cristiano Shaurli, President of local "San Daniele" agro-industrial park Claudio Filiputsi and other officials.
