Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a meeting with his Uzbek counterpart Bakhtiyor Saidov on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
Report informs, citing Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's post on X, that the parties discussed political, economic, transport, cultural, humanitarian, and other aspects of allied relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, based on brotherhood, friendship, and solidarity.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed his Uzbek counterpart about the preparations for COP29, as well as the post-conflict situation in the region.
