Azerbaijan, Tajikistan ink agreement on anti-corruption cooperation

The General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan and the Agency for State Financial Control and Fight against Corruption of Tajikistan have signed an agreement on cooperation, Report informs referring to TASS.

The document was signed by Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev and Head of the anti-corruption agency of Tajikistan Sulaimon Sultanzoda.

The document was signed in order to implement, maintain and strengthen cooperation in the field of combating and preventing corruption.

At the meeting, the parties expressed confidence that the establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation between the relevant bodies in the future will further strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries and have a positive impact on strengthening the fight against corruption.
