Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has welcomed the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas.
Report informs, citing the official X page of Azerbaijan's Foreign ministry, a bilateral meeting between the parties has begun.
